David Chin

Founder & Managing Partner

Looking across the table our clients should always know that they have someone who understands them, is focused on their success, and has the expertise and capabilities to make that happen.

With over 30 years in leading firms such as UBS, DBS Bank, NOL (APL), Biosensors, and Vistra, David has a wealth of HR and Business Management experience.

Having been the global CHRO for multiple companies, across various industries and geographies, he has a strong understanding of the human capital opportunities and challenges in global organizations. For the last 15 years he has been involved with working with C-suite executives and Boards to drive organizational change, business transformation, and leadership transitions. A key feature of his time in Senior Management has been HR transformation and technology implementation to empower organizational growth.

David has worked in Financial Services, Shipping & Logistics, Med Tech, and Professional Services. He has been based in London, Zurich, and Hong Kong, and now lives in Singapore.

Marc-David has a 30 year career spanning the Hospitality industry, the Oil and Gas Industry (Royal Dutch/Shell Group), Financial Services (NIB Capital, ABN Amro, ING Bank) and Business Services (Vistra). He has held both HR and Business leadership positions and has frequently travelled through Europe, the US, the UK and the Asia Pacific region.
